Resistance Band Set Workout Exercise Equipments Ankle Straps Fitness Yoga Elastic Fitness Bands For Home Gym Man And Woman Sport

It seems to be quite sturdy. I placed the order on the 7th, and it arrived two weeks later. The material is good and it comes with a small bag to store them in. I liked the purchase.

Perfect for home workouts, can still connect at the gym too with their cables to your ankle straps. Resistance bands are quite flexible, i was hoping the ankle straps would have some weight to it but they’re just straps, they don’t flick off though. Comes with the little carry bag which makes it super easy to store away.

The quality isn't bad, but the resistance bands are too soft; they should have more resistance. I feel like the three bands (three colors) have almost the same resistance, and i use all three at the same time for most workouts. Fast shipping.

I purchased this glute training tool hoping to enhance my fitness routine, and I must say I was really surprised by its quality and effectiveness. As soon as it arrived, I found it well packaged and in perfect condition. The material is very durable, solid and at the same time comfortable to use, which is ideal for even more intense training.

I've been using it for several days and I can say that you can immediately feel the work on the muscles: it perfectly isolates the glutes, doesn't slip and allows controlled and smooth movements. It's really well thought out, both for those who are just starting out and for more experienced users.
One thing I really liked is that it doesn't feel uncomfortable during use, doesn't cause irritation, and fits well on the body. Plus, it's lightweight and easy to carry, so I can use it at home or outdoors without any hassle.
