It's a bit scary that it's made of plastic, but after putting 12 kg on it and doing a few squats, it seems to be quite sturdy.
However, since it is made based on a plastic assembly dumbbell, the height of the rod is excessively high, making it difficult to use like a regular kettlebell.
Compared to the traditional method of holding the top of the handle,
You need to lift the lower part of the handle to raise it to a level that matches the range of motion of a regular kettlebell, so keep that in mind.
I have done several workouts with it for 30 kg swings and it has not shown any looseness or stripping.
The packaging is really well done.
Just as it says on the site
It has the same performance.
I tried using it once and it works well.
I think I made a good purchase at a low price.
Good luck!
