At first, I was skeptical because the price was so low, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. The packaging was sturdier than I expected, so it arrived without any damage, and it feels good to use. I thought the plastic would feel cheap, but the finish is neat and the durability is decent. After actually using it, I found it to be an essential item for daily life, so I'm very satisfied. Delivery took about 2 weeks, but it was relatively fast by Ali standards. It's the best value for money, so I think I can recommend it to others.

Exactly as described in the photos and it helps with the push when doing Muscle Ups or the Pine Tree. I recommend it for a person weighing 60kg or as an aid for an intermediate person weighing 70kg, but no more than that; you must be an expert because the assistance is minimal.
